A suggestion for choppy gameplay
I had just done this the other day, and it had worked a little for me, in terms of performance of gameplay/choppines.
I moved my camera angle, so that my camera is looking downward, towards the ground. When doing this, I assume it is because you are not looking at all of the scenery in front of you. In other words, there is not as much graphical information being processed if the camera angle is down, looking towards the ground. To look up, all you would have to do is simply move the camera angle upwards. But, I am probably going to keep it down for the most part, because the choppiness does go away, a lot, for me. In doing this, obviously, it will take away the scenery, however, you will be playing at a better performance, possibly, and you could always just look up by moving up temporarily.. To move the camera angle, simply right-click, hold, and move down, until you see a better adjustment.
I hope this helps people.
Note: This helps A LOT in towns, where the graphics are large.
